Right of withdrawal

In accordance with French law, you have 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason .

Return conditions

To be accepted, the return must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The bag was not used

  • It has returned to its original state

  • It shows no signs of wear, dirt, or odor.

  • Any labels and accessories are included.

Any return that does not comply with these conditions may be refused.

Products not eligible for return

  • Products customized or made to specific request

  • Bags showing signs of use

A return without prior agreement may be refused.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are your responsibility , except in the case of a proven defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible depending on stock availability .
Due to limited series production, an exchange is not guaranteed.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days , via the payment method used when ordering.

The initial delivery charges are non-refundable.

Order defect or error

If the product received has a manufacturing defect or does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos.

In this case, the return shipping costs will obviously be covered.

Important – Handcrafted nature of the products

BARDA bags are handcrafted products.
Slight variations in shade, texture or finish are not considered defects , but rather the signature of handcrafted work.
